Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge at support@baddiez.shop with your order number (#BDZ-XXXXX) and the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Prepaid Label
Our team will issue a complimentary digital return shipping label along with return authorization packaging instructions.

Inspection & Refund
Once received at our studio, returned items are inspected within 48 hours and refunds are credited to your original payment method in 3–5 business days.
Eligible for Full Return
- Apparel unworn, unwashed with original tags attached.
- Press-on nail kits with unopened security seals.
- Cosmetics & lip oils in original sealed packaging.
- Sunglasses and jewelry in original protective pouches.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom bespoke nail sizing sets crafted to individual specifications.
- Opened cosmetics or lip oils (due to strict sanitary guidelines).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or archive clearance.
