- Return window as stated at checkout / product pages (typically 14 days from delivery where eligible)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached when required
- Press-on nails and lip products are FINAL SALE for hygiene reasons
- Jewelry: exchanges only within 7 days if tarnished or defective
- Wigs: unopened/uncut only, 7-day window
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive an eligible return
